IMO BOY$20

A sweet potato shochu Old Fashioned, and winner of the 2026 JSS Shochu Competition. Fifteen percent of every pour goes to Lambert House, the Capitol Hill center for LGBTQ+ youth. The featured cocktail changes monthly.

Behind the vault door, your bartender asks about spirit, strength, and the flavors you love, then builds every round from scratch. The full Tavern Law kitchen is available upstairs, so everything on this page can come with you. Reservation only, parties of one to six.
