Dive into Tavern Law History
The Golden Age, Poured Today
The Golden Age of cocktails lived in dim bars, back rooms, and speakeasies where people gathered quietly over thoughtful drinks. That history still shapes how we build a menu and how we run a room.
At Tavern Law, a Seattle cocktail bar on Capitol Hill with an upstairs speakeasy, Needle & Thread, we try to keep that spirit alive every night. Classics are measured and precise, seasonal cocktails lean into the flavors around us, and the room is lit for conversation, date nights, and celebrations that linger.
